Participants pay for conference papers printing.
Hotel, tickets and banquet are on participant's wish.
Students and aspirants pay nothing for papers printing.
Abstracts and articles figuration rules
Abstracts are limited to 2 pages long.
Articles are limited to 10 pages long, size can be enlarged in convention with LOC.
Files should be in Microsoft Word formats.
TEX family text processor can be used, if converted to pdf (resolution 300 dpi or greater), with fonts embedded.
Equation editor MathType, version greater than 3.0 are not allowed.
